Hello Sir/Madam. Currently JIVA services are spread across several provinces in Indonesia, including East Java, West Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, Lampung, North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Nusa Tenggara, South Sulawesi and Gorontalo.

How much does corn cost at JIVA?

Currently corn prices are available on the JIVA farmer application. Please follow these steps:

2. Enter with the appropriate telephone number and address of Mr/Mrs.
3. Select Harvest Price to find out the daily corn price at JIVA.

How do I verify documents in the application?

Please click on the Account menu, several documents will appear (KTP, NPWP, Bank Account). If there is a verification button, please press it and follow the process to completion. If you experience problems, please contact us again.

How can I buy agricultural ingredients at Jiva?

I can't enter the Jiva Friends application

Make sure that you are actively registered as a Jiva Friend and log in using the appropriate cellphone number registered in the Jiva system. Please send a screenshot of the problematic application for us to help carry out further checks.

The truck has been unloaded, when will Jiva pay?

After the truck was unloaded, the Jiva team needed time to record it in the system. After the process is complete, the payment details will appear in the application and then enter the payment queue. Please, sir/madam, please wait again until the entire process is complete.
